    The diverse activities surrounding International Women's Day showed that it is more than ever necessary to discuss diversity,

    inclusion and female empowerment.

    But it is not only the bare figures that are a reason for companies to be more diverse. It's also an attitude to get inspired personally by open minds.     These are all valid reasons. But when it comes to the implementation of a real diverse structure and company culture, there are still many gaps to fill and we are exactly to make it happen #ImAmagda movement is exactly for this!

    What do we as Startups, companies, politics, individual people and many other organizations need in order to finally live diversity in all its facets and within the scope of all possibilities?

    First and foremost, we need to ask the right questions that lead to the right answers in a lively and honest discussion.

    Second, we need people, role-models, leaders who are deeply convinced that inclusion and diverse company culture is THE key to success.
